Sustainable foundations
KADA begins the design process with a response to the environment. All apartments have excellent access to solar gain and cross ventilation with openings considered and placed to maximise views and access the available sunlight. Materials are sustainably sourced and manufactured. A focus on creating a new community encourages our developments to allow work from home, informal interactions and become a destination as well as home, reducing car trips.
